As soon as you place a deposit, you are the next in line to reserve a puppy. If you do not like the facility, or the puppy that you have reserved when you meet  him/her, we will return the full refund. There has to be a legitimate/verifiable reason or fault with the puppy. Furthermore, deposits are non-refundable for any other reason but can be rolled over to another litter.
